Passion Fruit
Our jam and syrup is made from our fresh passion fruits grown in Vista, CA. It all started with the need of a privacy fence. Passion fruit is a vine that grows nicely along the fence and covered our fence in just a few month. Soon they started blooming and I ended up with bag fulls of fruit every few days for a few month. Not wanting to waste the fruit, I started making passion fruit jam and syrup

Passion Fruit Jam Ingredients: Passion Fruit, Sugar, Lemon & Gelatin or Agar Agar.
(Note: Although most seeds are removed and pulp is chopped, jam can have occasional passion fruit seeds, passion fruit pulp and lemon skin pieces in the jam.)

Ingredients: Passion Fruit, Sugar & Gelatin
(Note: syrup can have slight pulp and occasional seeds in it. The color of the syrup can range from yellow to a light orange color depending on cooking temperature. )
Vanilla Slice
An Australian favorite is the vaniila slice which is decorated with fresh passion fruit pulp on the top.

Passion Fruit Syrup
Syrup come in 8oz, 11oz or 20oz glass or plastic bottles. There are two syrup colors. The darker one was cooked longer so the sugar caramelized a bit longer. This one has less remaining pulp.
